The year 1965 - Two entrepreneurs Mr. R. K. Shah & Mr. V. D. Mehta founded Organic Coatings Pvt. Ltd. The start up was created with a focus on the production and marketing of high quality printing inks and UV coatings. After of a period of consolidation the company went public in 1995.

Today, after close to half a century of serving the Graphic Art, Print and Surface Coating Industry, Organic Coatings is poised on the threshold of a period of transformation and market defining growth. Ink professionals with years of national and international exposure to highly competitive ink markets have been brought on board to steer the vision ahead.
