Definition

Specially designed for printing on non-absorbent substrates.

Recommended:

Excellent adhesion on plastic films like BOPP, PVC, POLYESTER.

Uses:

Jobs on foil board, poly laminated films and for banners printing.

Specialty:

Available with Euro and bright Magenta. Also available with light fast varieties.

Characteristics

• Fast setting of inks.
• Suitable for single and two color machines.
• Inks run with minimum water level.
• Dry ink gives hard film with good bond.

Precautions

• Since ink is fast drying, we advice you to adjust the registration with conventional inks and then switch to polytuff after proper cleaning.
• Use our stopoxy spray whenever m/c stops.
• Run with minimum water level and control emulsification.
• Keep higher level of IPA.
• Allow 24 to 72 hours to dry.
